Responsibilities
Quoting of all services requested by clients within the required turnaround time
Reservations of all services requested by clients
Respond to written requests and provide written confirmations
Loading confirmed bookings on the provided platforms
Ensure confirmation of services with suppliers
Communicate with suppliers with regards to status of bookings and payment requirements
Arrange Meet and Greets as required, be in touch with the client and supplier until they have met each other.
Manage client complaints and emergencies
Airport transfers, provide drivers details to client prior to departure and also request client
s contact number from travel booker that is reachable on WhatsApp in case they client is not roaming
Do pre post check in with hotels 3 days before check in to ensure all is in order with the hotel.
Qualifications and Expertise
Matric / Grade 12
Travel & Tourism qualification would be preferable
3 – 5 years’ experience within the tour operating industry

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: including Word, Excel and Teams
Ability to negotiate with suppliers for availability and rates
Good Tourism industry knowledge
Excellent international geographic knowledge
Strong Touring Logistics knowledge
